they took 24 hours to respond to me, ive applied to do computing bsc.
i think if you go to an open day they respond quicker but im not sure?!
i went to an open day, the lady in media took my name and everything i'm tempted to call and ask, but a friend of mine did that with goldsmith's and got a rejection 10 minutes later!
it's only been gone 8 days so granted, i'm being a bit premature - but my boyfriend applied at the same time, to mostly the same uni's and he's got 4 offers already! it's killing me having to wait, =[
i applied in december but i didn't get my confirmation untill july time, but think it was about a month after picking my firm choice and stuff...
most my friends got all there offers when i had one!
just wait they will all come through,
thing is, lincoln want 220 points, and i've already taken my a levels and got 340 points so i've exceeded the requirements, so if i get a place i'm assuming it'll be unconditional. i just want a bloody answer now haha, i'm sick of waiting
well you don't know how many people have applied for the course, they could be having to go through everyones pros and cons,
you never know,
if alot of people have applied with similar points to you you may not get an unconditional offer?
not trying to put you down but you got just wait and see...
i know what you mean though, i wished they could hurry up when i was in your position.
i know i really hope i get in okay. last year they had LOADS of places left on clearing. i just really really wanna get in. tut. i'm checking obsessively. and what's worse, i'm at work tonight so i can't check!
Only if you wear a nice pink tutu and a big red fedora.
haha i want tours definitely. i really don't mean to slag anyone who studies at lincoln off (as i'll be studying there hopefully anyway!) but my tutor described applying to lincoln as:
"becky, you're up here. lincoln students usually are down here. you'll be snapped up."
i mean that's comforting in a way but also a bit crap! i just want to KNOW, it's stressful now!
