Urgent, Predict my grade - please!!!

72/100 Marks (Controlled Assessment)

This was a B and is worth 40% of my Gcse.

20 marks (C) up to 32 (A*) (Reading exam)

This is a worst and best prediction and is worth 30%.

Now, here's the problem. The writing exam. I reckon I achieved 11 marks on question 2. However on question 1 I wrote an amazing letter. Let's say B grade worthy, but I forgot to write Dear editor and yours faithfully at the end if a B is 12 marks how many will I drop due to this error.

This again is 30%
