Can you secure your place at a university before starting college?

So Hello Guys,
I was wondering if I can secure a place at univeristy or get a offer before starting college?
I will be starting college this Septem and would like to know if that is possible. Also I would like to study Law.

I've never heard of it as you need level 3 qualifications for uni.

I highly doubt it, unless you can somehow prove you're a genius and they will have no doubt in their minds you'll smash A-levels and then your university course. Which isn't at all likely.

So I'm just going to go with no.

During your final year at college
I recommend having a look on the UCAS website. They have all the information you'll need to know.
