Talking from a males perspective, I believe the second one is far more attractive. As it looks more feminine, and accentuates the features more, overall I think personally that long hair on females is a lot more appealing than short. :/

The girl in the second pic definitely has the more attractive hairstyle.

With regards to "points", I can't really say. If someone is ugly af then it won't make any difference. If you're a 9 then it'd go down to 7 ish in my book.

No, but I certainly don't think that many people can pull it off like she does. I prefer picture one but think most people will suit picture two better.
