No. But attraction is quite subjective and up to each person. You don't like every guy (or girl) and they don't either. That might include you sometimes.

Baby face means a round shaped face that looks young and innocent.
Some people find that look attractive.
Other people don't.
Some people find that look attractive.

Ooh ! Hey there, I also have a baby face! It doesn't mean you look unattractive, I agree with what the others say that you look more younger. When I was in yr11, one time I forgot to wear my tie and the assistant headteacher couldn't believe I was in yr 11 until she remembered the time I borrowed something from her.
I would say generally not. Important to remember that everyone has their own personal tastes.
