If you could choose, would you have been born a man or woman?

And why?

Man.
No childbirth.
Man, because then I wouldn't get periods etc
Depends, is it a hot woman?

Cos then I'll be able to get away with anything I want.

Pregnancy is not as big a deal as women make it out to be.

Labour is the only genuinely painful part of it, and today we have anaesthetics and procedures that can help significantly reduce the pain and length of labour.

So I think the argument "it's hard to be a woman because we have to give birth" is a very weak one.

Man - because we're just generally superior to women
I'd stick with being a woman.

Yeah but women have all of these hormones* which make them 'broody' and pursue pregnancy regardless of whether it's actually a good idea.

* At some point in their life, or at least most do, or more than men, or ... ffs someone get my solicitor.
Man. No periods, no risk of pregnancy, no menopause.

I really don't want children. And I am not one to opt for celibacy.

Men risk pregnancy as well, just in a different sense.
A woman, no question. :h:

True. Though they don't have to actually push out the child. And run the risk of piles, and tearing in certain areas, and all the other stuff that can happen when you're pregnant/giving birth.
Female still

True, but they risk unfair financial obligations, being unfairly discriminated against by the courts and such. I think tearing of certain areas wins though to be fair!
