How to improve my English Language Grade?

Hey guys, I absolutely suck at writing creatively as well as writing those classical persuasive letters and leaflets etc. Do any of you know how to get an A* (I'm doing WJEC) or have any of you achieved it? I really need some help and although i'm predicted an A*, I don't think I'll actually be able to get it. Thanks in advance.

I got an A* on AQA, and it's probably the same sorts of things :h:

You need to be using structural and language features, so things like:
Structure- varied sentence length, varied paragraph length, conventions of the text type (titles/headings etc), layout
Language- Simile, alliteration, opinion as fact, etc -just make sure you use them subtly, you're not writing a poem
