It's mainly about doing past papers, by the way (I don't know which exam board you have, but definitely do past papers from the exam board's website).
What I (Personally) have found useful is watching clips of how to answer questions:
I have a CD consisting of 136 Videos that last from as long as 15min to 1min long.
I find it very helpful for revision, because I start with a Past Paper and any question which I even have a slight struggle or doubt, I find out the context and watch a video (practice questions in the video) then try the past paper question again before moving on.
Good luck
Hey, sorry what is the CD called?

The CD is called MathsWatch. I am not sure if it is sold now-a-days. You can check online or message me and I may be able to help you.
