A Level Maths advice and help

Ive finished year 12 and am moving onto year 13 in a few weeks, for my maths mocks i got s grade E and i need to raise it to a minimum C in just a months time. I do AQA Maths. Is there any advice on what i can focus on on my studies or any specific resources i can use. I am in a very urgent situation as my other A level grades are A and B however i cant seem to understand and study maths :frown:
