My P.E. Moderation is this Wednesday (the day the moderator comes in) and on that day I'm doing the 12 min cooper run...I'm honestly SO scared I don't think I have run as much as I could have in the past months preparing for this Wednesday but I have done a run earlier this week and will do one tomorrow.
I have my badminton on Tuesday.
I am so scared for both!! Mainly the run...what shall I do till this Wednesday to score at least an 8 or 9 out of 10 for the run?
Please do not say it's too late, because then I'll just regret everything..
