Hi Guys,

Just to let you know there will be a student Bootcamp taking place at Lincolns inn fields just off Kingsway at 12:30 every Tuesday. Each session will be £5 per hour. The sessions will be run by myself a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer working out of the DW Waldorf gym at Aldwych.
