Lower trainee retention rates - problem for applicants?
Hi all,
Noticed that quite a few firms are recording fewer retention rates than previous years (some in the 80%).
Is this a worrying sign of things to come and a sign of a return to a difficult job market for prospective trainees?
I obtained a VS with a MC this summer and am worried it could be a culling compared to previous years.
