hey people, im jsut learning periodicity for mod 5 aqa tmoz, i know this may sound like a really dumb qu but whats the difference between hydrolysed and dissolved ?
any answers much appreciated!

well im only on unit 4 edexcel nuffield..... but i can tell u that hydrolised, its when water is used to break down a molecule/compound and dissolved is putting a compound in water and it dissociates into its corresponding ions

Dissolved is when the ions are seperated from each other in the solution so they no longer interact and hydrolysis is when water is broken down into hplus and oh minus
