i've never understood it either, i much prefer stone :smile:

Thats stupid....it says my bmi is 26, which is in the overweight category, but im 6 foot 4 i weigh 15 stones and have a very very low level of excess fat ie you cant pinch an inch - im just well built and pretty muscular (i play rugby so i have to be) - the whole things majorly flawed and a pretty stupid way to judge whether someones overweight

its either that or 6.375, which sounds low!
coz 14 pounds = 1 stone rite?
well 14 pounds = 7 or 8 kilos rite?
and so 1 stone is either 7 or 8
and i weigh 51
so 51/8 = 6.375
or 51/7 = 7.2857
