Sure, some girls look absolutely gorgeous with a lot of make-up on and when it's all off, they look a tad bit plain. But these girls are sublime. I haven't seen them look plain in any of their movies/series or interviews.
When it comes to actresses, how can you tell what they'd look like without any make-up on? Unless you're one of those chicks who spends her time reading Heat, you wouldn't know.

I disagree here. Make up/the best stylists etc will make you look so much better. Look at the ginger bird from girls aloud, absolute munter when the band first started, now shes very cockable...whats changed her? Money, because with it she can pay for the best people to make her look the best..
