Hi, is anyone else applying for civil engineering at bath, Liverpool, Loughborough, Leeds or Nottingham?
Hi @emmarina,

I saw that you mentioned Loughborough, so I just wanted to comment on this thread and offer my support with anything if you need it!

If you have any questions on the Civil Engineering courses at Loughborough, just get in touch - I'll be happy to help

Unlikely to yield any information unfortunately. As how much flexibility is offered depends how many course/faculty offer holders firm loughborough and how these offer holders perform… as well as a handful of other factors. The reality is any discretion universities have is unlikely to be known until results day (as universities are embargoed after receiving results until the formal release to students).

Best thing to do is work hard, give it your best shot, not get distracted worrying about all possible permutations until after A-level exams.
