god is an astronaut?

I.
Thirded.

Also, I'm really undecided over new (it's new for me because this is my first listen of any Solstafir post-Masterpiece Of Bitterness. Plus it was released this year, apparently) Sólstafir...

Opinions?

If I was in a different mood I'd probably enjoy it more, but I'm really ****ing hungry at the moment and can't focus on anything but my stomach ¬__¬

First minute of the dsbm song I am in the process of recording.

Harsh vocals are barely audible under the singing which I hope to change eventually.
I had no idea Of the Wand & the Moon were making a new album.

I'm only on the first track but it's brilliant.

(for anyone that doesn't know them, the song 'starts' around 1:00, and changes quite drastically)

Decent!

I also listened to Concubine's 'new ideas' pt1. Reminded me of Forgotten Woods somewhat.

cheers

I really need to carry on with concubine's stuff at some point...finding it hard to practice that vocal style because it is considerably louder than everything else I do.
So I was reading something for my research project, then I came across this. Some of the songs are pretty catchy :music:
Sorry to be old fashioned but here we go (I prefer the old style of sound) :

Hnngh.

Shouldn't of waited so long to listen to this...
Machine Head anyone?

Personally one of my favourite metal bands; Locust is a good album but not as good as The Blackening in my eyes. That's probably because The Blackening was one of, if not the best metal album that got released in the past few years.

I think it's an amazing album! It took a while to grow on me - it's not as heavy as The Blackening but there's still some amazing songs on it (Darkness Within being my favourite)
