Warwick or Birningham for Economics MSc?

I've been given an offer from Warwick and Birmingham to study Economics MSc. Though, I am finding it difficult to decide between the two as Warwick's tuition fee is £20,840 whereas Birmingham is only £6,570. However, many people state Warwick is prestige and employers hunt for graduates there. Both universities are part of the russel group, but is Warwick worth the extra price compared to Birmingham for economics?
