I want to study engineering at Cambridge.
I am unclear of what college I want to apply to.
I do not want one far away yet I do not want one full of private school students, any recomendations?

Not far away from what? However, no college is *that* far away from anything - especially in comparison with halls of residence at many other universities. Cambridge is a pretty small place, but if geography is important have a look at the university map, but keep in mind some college accomodation may be outside the college itself.

And private school students are people too (and are fairly evenly distributed through all the colleges.)

    Have a read of http://www.undergraduate.study.cam.a...sing-a-college
