Spray some acidic juice such as PURE ORANGE OR APPLE around your bed. Spiders do not like the impurities of such solutions so won't cross over them.

do you want Ants op? bc thats how you get ants 0_0
Sleep in another room.

I saw a medium sized spider in my room and I asked my dad to get rid of it for me but he was in the bath. Then, straight away, it ran behind my chest of drawers.
I pulled all of my furniture out, including my chest of drawers, to try and find it but it is no where to be seen. WTF!!!
I have a massive phobia of spiders and I am internally freaking out.
What shall I do?

Someone comfort me pls. Should I be this scared? Has this happened to you before?

Its a spider. It poses no threat to you what so ever. Get a grip.
If I see it again, how am I supposed to stay calm? Like what shall I tell myself to not be scared of it? I need to be in my room to study and sleep etc...
Set your room on fire. And then your house in case it escaped.
