First I think you need to sort out your mental health issues and then think about your studies. There's no point in struggling through your studies when you know you have issues and that they're affecting your work. You may need to do some A levels on top of your BTEC but it depends on what you want to do at uni and what the entry requirements for your chosen unis are. Maybe do them one at a time (BTEC first then A levels) and go from there?
