It would solve so many problems if all American liberals and leftists would just move to Canada, and vice versa, Canadian right wingers can move to the USA. Let them build their respective left wing and right wing utopias without stepping on each other's feet. And I'm not entirely joking here, I genuinely believe some kind of separation is eventually going to have to take place. Two increasingly polarised and uncompromising, political demographics being forced to share a country is a perfect recipe for civil war.
