Diversity at Loughborough

Hello there,

I am really interested in knowing the level of diversity at Loughborough. I love the school but I would like to know how global the school is. I personally am from a country in Africa and wanted to know about the size African/black student population. I don't think this should offend anyone as the demographics of a school is an important piece of information applicants should know.

Hi girl.

I am black and currently study at loughborough. there is a lot of us here and i dont ever have trouble finding blacks. i am a member of the african caribbean society, thats where the majority meet each other

Do you have to be black to join ACS? I'm asian but all my friends at home are black so I would like to join it but feel like I would be an outcast haha

I second that R-Team. Half-Asian, half-white, but I prefer having diverse friends, not just friends of one race. I don't want 90% white friends. I don't want 90% black friends. I don't want 90% Asian friends. I want it to be like in London - 100% diverse. If not then I will choose Leeds.
