Biology or Zoology?
I've applied to undertake biology in some unis, zoology in others.
I want to get into conservation, outside of the UK (especially north america).
I'm currently considering transferring to biology from zoology, if I accept the offer for a zoology course.
Is biology a better course to get a job in a North American institution? Or would it not really matter for conservation?

I don't think it mattes really unless specified by the uni. You will have the option to pick some modules so go ahead and pick ones that you like that are relevant to conservation. Both degrees are quite broad and will cover lots of similar things.
