Due to unfortunate circumstances my room has recently become available, and am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
The room (J1404) is situated in block J, on the second floor, and is shared along with 7 other flat mates who are easy to get along with.
The room is extremely modern, en-suite, has a single bed, storage space underneath the bed, very spacious desk and a wardrobe, for £146.37 per week. There is also a large communal area/kitchen area included.
Gill Street South is also a 2 minute walk from the student union and right in the middle of the city centre, next to shops, clubs, restaurants etc.
