I am looking for another NTU student who is not in university accommodation already to take over my 44 week contract (16/09/23-19/07/24).
Location: The residence is Gill Street North (Gill Street NG1 4FY), room E06-06.
Rent: £186.48/week, all utilities included
About the accommodation: The room is the 4th floor so has a view.
There are 8 people in the flat in total. It is a friendly flat with 4 girls and 3 other boys apart from me.
The location is really central and convenient for the uni. There is a Tesco a couple of minutes round the corner. The Newton building and the union are just down the road. The accommodation is near the tram.
I have only spent time in the room for a few days so you can make it your own if you take it over.
