Just post your favourite movie scenes. 
I'll start with the opening to Reservoir Dogs. I first saw this film at 16. It was my second QT film and it's remained my favourite by far. I wish he would return to this level of quality:

scarface - chainsaw scene. when he kills his best friend
mullholland drive - when diane and rita sleep together
pulp fiction - climatic scene at the cafe
silence of the lambs - when lecter makes his escape (tho p much every lecter scene is gold)
one flew over the cuckoos nest - when chief plays basketball with mcmurphy
psycho - when the psycho and main female protagonist first meet
a clockwork orange - when alex gets conditioned by the government
2001: a space odyssey - the final scene (gives me goosebumps just thinking about it)
eyes wide shut - every mask scene
fullmetal jacket - when leonard goes psycho
the shining - heeeeeeres jonny
fight club - when we find out tyler and main protagonist are same person (plot twissst)
shawshank redemption - when the big ******** andy made is revealed
american beauty - when the "homophobic" dad tries to kiss lester.
there's so many more but i only have the energy to write these
