It is my friend’s birthday next month and I’m very tight on money. It’s his 18th and id like to get him something special?
What should I do? What can I get him?
Is getting his favourite chocolates enough ?
My budget it £10-20.

I think buying them a box of chocolate and since you've mentioned your budget is £20, you could find a nice t-shirt, socks something useful for them to use. In some shops they do gift packs with useful stuff in them. Try and check it out.
Good luck and remember you don't have to break your bank to make someone happy, if the person is a real friend, they will understand you situation and cheerish whatever you give them hehe
