Any advice ?

This is my final year and only have 2 month left of this course and things are starting to become extremely difficult for me and I have tones of courseworks and a huge dissertation to do it's making me so stressed causing me to lack concentration and focus on my studies. Is it best to quit uni now?

Why would you quit so close to the final hurdle? Stick it out!
I was in a similar position to you this time last year.

I had 3 exams and a dissertation to submit in July and basically did NOTHING apart from my introduction. Thankfully, a day before my dissertation, I got diagnosed with a 'headache disorder', and therefore I was allowed a two month extension on my dissertation as well as a single exam. This was also the first time in my life I had ever required mitigating circumstances or anything similar, so yeah...food for thought.

The result ? I basically had July and August to do a dissertation on a difficult topic and I managed to get close to 90% and graduated with a first. Oh, and I scored 78% in the exam.
