Advice for first year students - University of Kent

Hi!

Are you currently studying at uni and have some advice for prospective students that you wish you knew? Tell us about it!

We know that the weeks leading up to your first year of university can be quite scary. Hopefully with some advice from undergraduates and postgraduates, students coming to university will feel more prepared.

This forum is open to advice from current university students as well as questions from prospective students.

Anyone is welcome to:
- Ask any questions. This can include asking about our courses that we study (see below which subject our reps study), living in Canterbury or student life on/off campus
- Share their experience of first year, whichever university you have gone to or plan to go to
- Give advice to prospective students on any university related topic
