Is this a good plan for STEP? Any tips for STEP 3?

Hi, I am in year 12 and I have been working on STEP in short bursts throughout the year. I will be taking STEP 1 - 3 next year. In my recent STEP 1 and 2 exams, I got a 1(I am able to do a paper as I do accelerated maths). However, I was lucky as there were questions I "liked". i.e differentiation, integration, and trig. How do I get better at these other types of questions?

This only applies to pure, as I am set to do m1, s1, d1, and s2. I will be doing FP3 and 4. As a lot of STEP questions are involving the other applied modules (i.e m3 or s3) I wouldn't be able to do them.

You practice.

You should learn the applied modules up to M2 and S2, at least, even if only in your own time without an actual exam at the end of it - starting this early, you have ample time to learn the applied side.
