Board: Edexcel

93, 87, 74....im not sure what its out of....but its a total of 254.

The third module is the lowest, i would like to retake, but its coursewrk and so is no point as that is a relatively high mark for it.

But yh very happy!

Yes! I thought the most I would get anyway was a B, but after taking the exams I thought C, because I found Unit 1 really hard and ran out of time on the last essay questions on the first two units. I only felt I did good on Unit 3. Even though I got the best overall UMS mark for psychology...it's the subject I'm dropping this year...

Yeah, not because I am one of those people who "need" full marks... Its just that it will give me an easy chance at A2 to get an A... it justs makes sense...

I did AS AQA psychology. Got 294/300

94/100 in PYA1 (which I took in jan) and 100/100 in the other two. You have no idea how shocked I was!

I think I'm a pessimist, what happens if it goes down? I know my exam board was AQA but the person from Edexcel stated that grades rarely changed and sometimes marks went down. :frown:

It won't affect my University place at all so I don't think it's worth it. I have two A grades already :smile:

Initially I was annoyed but I think I'm over it now. My biggest disappointment was missing an A grade in English by three marks. That was my most important subject and I missed the grade and missed my firm :frown:

But everything happens for a reason and I am not at all displeased with my new offer. :smile:

You really should go for the remarks. Your mark may very well go down, but it'd have to drop around 25 marks for each of the subjects you mentioned for them to go down to a B (and that REALLY isn't going to happen). So you have nothing to lose!!!

V.pleased. This was my best result-I've never done this well in a psychology mock or anything and I expected a B at most, probably a C or D though, I thought. Haven't done this well in my other exams though lol.

I was happy - I had stopped caring too much by halfway through the year about the subject, but not about passing it, so I was glad to have an A. I was a little annoyed that my coursework wasn't a bit higher - maybe it got moderated down because my teacher suggested it might have been a few marks higher than that, but who cares, since I got an A anyway and couldn't have been happier really.

Yeah, my coursework got moderated down too.... from an A to 47/90. Same with the rest of my class. I got an A overall so I don't mind, it just confirms my suspicions concerning my psych teacher's complete incompetence.
