Will my age restrict me from applying to medicne? (2018 entry)

hello,
I am currently 16 years old going into yr 13 this September and wish to study medicine for a 2018 entry at uni. Whilst doing my research, I encountered a problem, many medical schools required their applicants to be 18 at the point of starting the course. I am the youngest in my class as I was moved up a year but i never thought that my age would restrict me from applying to medicine. In September 2018 I will be 17 and not 18 until February 2019 (after approximately a term and a half of medical school.) Id rather not apply for a defered entry so wanted to ask if anyone knew any medical schools in the UK that would accept a 17 year old.
