Change your approach so you're applying your skills to what they're looking for. If you're good at talking to people, say 'I'm communicative within a team.' I f you're good at remembering things, say 'I pride myself on my familiarity within my work setting.' It's all about applying what you're good at to what to what they're going to be looking for in an applicant
