Comparison of Never Let Me Go & Frankenstein

I am currently in my second year of English Lit and we have an assessment on both the novels, but as we studied these in the first year I am a bit stuck! I don't know what the question will be so just looking for some comparative points and quotes I can use to back the points up with.
Also if there is any comparative context - that would be helpful too!
