No. How much you are paid is dependent on what you negotiate with your employer, and at the graduate/entry level there is typically very little if any room for negotiation.

Not so much paid less as finding it harder to get into jobs that are high in demand. But there are so many other variables - an otherwise amazing applicant who went to a lower-ranked uni will probably get the job rather than an Oxbridge graduate with a 2:2 who doesn't seem bothered.
