Failing as level physics,exam in less than a month please help

I've been studying so hard for as physics I know all the concepts ive done all the past papers but I always lose more than 20 marks.I'm not improving no matter how many past papers I do,I always get the same marks or even lower.This is is frustrating me to death because I have my unit 1 exam on january 11th and a girl who was previously a much worse student than me gets much higher marks than me now and I dont know what im doing wrong I want to die sorry for rambling
