Should street urchins be made to die out?
They cause more harm than good.. infact they have litterally no use. I'd prefer them to die off tbh.. these new generation of pigeons are ruthless, back in the day if you even looked at one it would fly off, these days they will walk right next to you and not move if you swing your feet out.
