GCSE maths higher study tips?

I'm in Year 11 and my target grade for maths is a 9. Personally I find that a bit too much so I'm aiming for an 8. However, I generally struggle to achieve higher than a 5 or a 6 (I scraped a 6 in my mock) because no matter how much I revise it just never sticks and often in lessons I cry or have panic attacks because I don't understand and I'm far too terrified to ask a teacher for help (for seemingly no reason :/ ). How should I go about trying to improve my grade for the real exam if I struggle to focus and I panic??

use maths genie it helped me A LOT its free gives u videos questions and solutions. hope you do well im in the exact same situation but just think about that long break in the summer to keep you motivated
