Don't get on social media/ games and completely focus on the task.

Do flashcards and make notes then go onto past papers/ exam style questions, also make sure to take regular breaks (I do a 5 minute break for every 30 minutes) as it helps you concentrate better

use flashcards or read your revision guide and then test yourself on it by writing out the notes. Stick sticky notes around the house and practice them when you see them.

Go through your revision books and make revision cards out of them by asking questions based on the things on the revision book
