I never did business myself, but it will be a case of going through every university and looking at their assessment methods. I doubt there are many that are pure coursework.
Northumbria university's well known for it, but coursework at uni's MUCH harder than coursework in college/school. I'd recommend to go to unis that do mostly exams instead.

If you choose your modules carefully, you could do an Open Uni Business degree with only one exam (and not until in your third/fourth year). http://www.open.ac.uk/courses/qualifications/q91
