Unconditional offer help!!

Basically, so since i got a D for maths and eng gcse. Which was part of my conditions. I then got unconditional offer. Recieved my AS12 confirmation letter, enrolment letter from the uni etc. But since the uni knows i retook my maths and eng, say if i did worse this time (cos of the new spec) would i have to bring in my GCSE graded D certificates or the recent ones. I was so confused since it’s an unconditional offer so it’s not based on grades, i was wondering which ones would i have to bring. Also I might of lost my D ones so could i just take the recent ones?
Unconditional means it doesn't matter what you got, you got in. Congratulations
Conditional means you need certain grades and your spot is not fully secured. Unconditional means you have the spot and they just need you to accept it.
