Studying In USA for 1 yr
I’m considering studying in the USA in my third year at Uni, I’ve got quite a few options but a mixture of college town unis and city unis. I’m wondering which has a better social life, also I will be under 21 so won’t be able to buy alcohol and was wondering if this would be an issue or if it’s more parties and therefore isn’t too big a deal.

Probably won't be a big issue - you'll most likely be staying with people around your age anyway, I'm assuming.
Your uni will have a list of universities they have exchange agreements with and there should also be a description/further details.
