I got x as 19.11 degrees, is this correct?

Assuming equilibrium, horizontally we have:

Tsinx=200sin60T\sin x = 200 \sin 60

and vertically we have:

Tcosx=400+200cos60T\cos x = 400 + 200 \cos 60

So indeed x19.11x \approx 19.11 degrees.
