I literally cannot pass my language papers

I AM SCREAMING YO
I try so hard in English but I’m always stuck on band 3 on the 1-5 scale thing??? It’s so frustrating because each time I try harder and harder but I just can’t improve? I’m in top set and everyone around me is on band 4 and two people are getting to band 5 and I feel so stupid. I hate English because no matter how much I try I can’t pass and this can’t even be fixed through revision. I’m passing everything else (getting 7s and above so I’m not just stupid) but English I get like a level 5-6 in and it sucks :/// anybody else feel this way or have any suggestions on how to improve?

Edexcel I think

I did WJEC sorry.

Its fine I was on band 2 for most of year 10 and 11 and got a 6

I was getting band 2 and band 3 throughout year 10 and I got a 6 in my end of year. I’m just concerned I got lucky that one time though since it was quite an easy extract. Hopefully I get lucky again in the real exam :ta:

try looking at the paragraph structures for the questions, maybe look at model answers and try and find out what the marks are based on and what you need to do to get them
