Can I still study medicine with a 5 in English languge?

After receiving my Gcses, I was extremely happy and depressed at the same time, I put so much effort in English languge but still got 5. These are the other grades that I've achieved:
English language: 5
English lit: 8
Maths: 8
Science double:8
Science double:9
History:7
Spanish:8
Re:8
Art: 4
Italian: A*
Statistics: B
Do you guys think that I still can enter medicine with a 5 in English Language?
