Best Part Of Christmas Dinner?

Hey Guys;

Well, I know Christmas is still about 2 weeks away but I can't stop thinking about Christmas dinner right now! :drool:

Anyway, what is your favourite part of Christmas dinner?

Personally, mine is the all important stuffing! Best part of it!
Roast potatoes dipped in the gravy and then washed down with a slurp of the rioja. Repeat until sleepy/drunk.
Peas in gravy

Smoked salmon has generally been our Christmas Eve dinner... can't beat it with a smother of Philadelphia!
