rape?

I do not believe I was raped, not in the slightest, but being the fact that I am fifteen and he is eighteen...

Will he go to jail or get in serious trouble for us having sex? We had sex a couple times and I'm worried that if we get caught he will get charged for statutory rape.

unfortunately the legal system will not look kindly on your partner. if it his first offence he may get a community sentence.
