GCSE Pressure

I keep seeing the countdown for the days to GCSE and I always get a sinking feeling of anxiety as the days go on. Any of you who's been through the exams know how to deal with this pressure?

Don't look at your countdown. I feel like if you look at your countdown you'll get even more nervous

Have you made a revision timetable? Splitting up your subjects and planning out your time can help you see that you can prepare properly in the time that's left & instead of a countdown, it's more of a progress chart (look back in a couple of weeks & see how much revision you've covered already) - might help you feel better about it
