I believe that's called a granddad shirt, judging by the collar style.

I had a quick look and found these:

My advice would be to google "grandad shirts" and check out the sites that sell them, some will sell the design where the buttons start halfway, but more common is the ones that have buttons all the way, so you might have to sift through a fair but on the sites.
